Assistance and advice
Our lawyers are happy to advise you on the legal frameworks applicable to managing cyber risks under the GDPR, NIS2/Cbw, or DORA. Where applicable, we also assist you in identifying the obligations under the CRA.
We can also assist you with reporting obligations; from drafting internal procedures and decision-making frameworks to actually submitting reports to the competent authorities. In this role, we act as both a sparring partner and a point of contact, even in situations where swift action is required.
Our services further include contact and consultation with supervisory authorities, both preventively and in response to incidents or investigations.
Finally, we advise on and litigate (damage) claims arising from cyber incidents, such as customer (privacy) claims or contractual claims. If necessary, we assist our clients in negotiations and legal proceedings, with a keen eye for liability, evidentiary position, and strategic interests.
